This started of as a record of my learning journey on the SEDA supporting and Leading Educational Change. Now it has morphed into my thoughts and learning on my journey as an Educational Developer in Higher Education.
I am currently, amongst other things, leading a research project into race inequality in higher education. I am using a storytelling approach based on Critical Race Theory.
